Shipping Policy

Pre-order Terms: 

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us. We offer Pre-order for our Exclusive Product Launches, due to limited supply. 

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be canceled/refunded once placed. However, if you wish to exchange your item for another garment that is in stock, you may do so.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing and shipment held by customs. We are not responsible for any such delays, we will deliver your suit(s) as soon as our capabilities allow. 

Akinda Co. is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, update you after Pre-order when your items are available for shipping.

You will proceed through the check out as usual and make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at the time of order placement.

In an event where the product is not received due to any unforeseen circumstances either by yourself or Akinda Co., cancellation of the Pre-order may be permitted.


Need to make an exchange or return?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Pre-order purchase, you may exchange it for another size or color, if stock is available, at Akinda Co. or return it within 14 DAYS of your delivery date.

We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. All exchanged/returned swimsuits/bodysuits must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To exchange or return your product, please contact for shipping information and product exchange options.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
